• Staff members are only people who actually are in England and work face to face with/for Josh and Max (As far as I know at least). Carney works for them, but he doesn't work face to face.Like I said, that's all as far as I know. It could be different.

• They're working around the clock on the forum. Max just said it was halfway done. So, possibly one more day or two.Some times it takes a while for the icon to actucally change. Also try hard refreshing (Ctrl+F5 or CMD+F5 for MACs) the page that has your icon on it. That works some times, too.

• Outofthefog's account was compromised, and an idiot deleted a good chunk of the Forum. Luckily, Max had a backup of the Forum from the day before. They are now modifying the Forum to improve security and improve awesomeness
