Yesterday was a pretty eventful day for us at Johnny Two Shoes, the most spectacular news was that Apple noticed Plunderland and they got in touch with us. First it was Apple Europe and then Apple in Cupertino (you know, the HQ).
Well, it turns out they really enjoyed Plunderland and that's great because it should be featured in iTunes pretty well. It also means we have a release date, July 22nd.
So set your alarms and get your pirate paraphernalia at the ready because in just 9 days time there will be plundering aplenty.

9 days? Torture, I tell you. Very well done though, this is sure to put JohnnyTwoShoes more on the radar than ever before. Will be buying this as soon as it's available.

I think a combination of your requests, the support at Apple and that Plunderland is a decent game all piled in together made it work the way it has.You know — we really hope this game goes big and we would never close our doors to you guys. JTS FOR LIFE!

I was, whilst in Yorkshire, running down my Mum's iPhone power every day on 3G to see whether Plunderland was out yet. And a month after my birthday!
