JTS & Mac App Store
by meridimus

We saw yesterday, at the "Back To The Mac" event that Apple are indeed working on the oft rumoured "Mac App Store" and that it will be with us within 90 days.
So, most of you might have put 2 + 2 together and thought, are JohnnyTwoShoes going to be part of this new app store on the desktop? Well, we don't know all the details yet, but it's something we're interested in supporting.
We're currently working on various projects, namely The Flying Machine and Plunderland but we have a few background developments going on as well, porting Plunderland to the desktop will not be a simple task because the reality is you can't expect people to tilt their laptops and touch the screen so we will have to come up with some new genius input method (cough, the mouse).
So Apple went full circle back to the mac, we've been with them on that journey, Pirates of JTS on the desktop, Plunderland on the iPhone, Plunderland on the iPad (soon) and then bringing what we learnt from Plunderland back to Pirates of JTS on the desktop.
It's an exciting time for us and we hope that all of you that missed playing Plunderland because you don't have an iOS device will finally be able to get your hands on our little gem, Plunderland, on the desktop.

We're still making web games, just going to try and see what Plunderland could be like on the mac. Might not even launch it, only if it's good.
