iPhone Development Diary Part 1

We've got a few big projects on at the moment but today we managed to make excellent progress on HighSpeedChase for iPhone (and iPod Touch).
Above is actual gameplay footage from the game running on a 16GB iPhone. The graphics are temporary as they've been "borrowed" from The Heist for now while we focus on gameplay. What I can say right now is that the game runs amazingly quick without the slightest hint of a frame drop!
Of course, we're still in the development stages of the game but it's a very exciting time at JohnnyTwoShoes. The iPhone shows us so much promise as a valid gaming platform and we assure you, we're not stopping here either. We plan to continue testing and developing for new (and current) hardware technologies in the future! Stay tuned.

thats awesome! i think its kinda easy to earn cash by making it on iphone/ipod couse there aint that manny games available =P mayby you could tell us whats comeing next (banana dash 4, the forums, HSC 2, attak 2++ XD) keep it up and stay creative!

That a cool project, making a HSC for iPhone/iTouch. Maybe you have more ideas and make a Heist 2 for iPhone/iTouch (don`t forget computer to! ^^)... We just have to wait `til this project come out and I have an iTouch XD!!

Very exciting guys! Android will never be able to beat the iPhone because Android doesn't have one official phone that everyone buys and none of the cheap Android phones that come out from the individual companies will be as good as the iPhone.The iPhone already has millions of users so that should be priority now anyways.

Hey SyberWolff, we haven't looked at Android because of the reasons DarknessFalls has mentioned. That's not to say we won't look at it ever, we are open minded. Right now Apple and the iPhone platform is the best for us and it is a single device so it makes development so much easier.Plus, we just bought a bunch of iPhones so we'll be happy for sometime yet.
